Let Gerrard Tire Co. recondition those old, rusty, weathered wheels. It doesn't take long and can extend the life of the wheel with very little cost involved. In fact, most medium truck wheels are only $15 dollars for Bright White in most cases and other colors can be applied for as little $18 to $20 dollars!

We start out by bead blasting the old painted surface and removing all corrosion from the wheel.

The wheels are then taken to a paint booth where they are color powder coated.

Finally the wheels are hung on a conveyer rack where they are put through an oven baking process at around 490 degrees. This baking possess is repeated three times to give the wheel a very bright and durable finish that last and last.
